The grounds feature several ponds, river, bridges,  private beach, a formal gazebo and a breath taking heavy timber pavilion. The landscaping is designed to be natural and accentuate the beauty the land offers, so you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.

Coldwater is located in Southern Michigan along the Indiana border which makes our venue a perfect spot for anyone looking to host an event in Michiana and also not to far from Northwest Ohio. We are conveniently located within Coldwater city limits providing a close proximity to hotels and restaurants and the amenities this lake town has to offer. 

The property boasts several settings for wedding ceremony's making us the ideal location for many tastes and styles.  We are an outdoor venue that can cater to formal/elegant to rustic/casual. 

A reception facility is available for if you are looking for a venue that can provide cover from the weather but still give access to the outdoors. It is a rustic timber framed structure (pictured above) that seats 300 guests. The open design and high ceilings will give you the flexibility to decorate the space however you would like.
